DUPR Rating Lock

– A player’s DUPR rating at the time of registration will determine eligibility. Any changes to the rating after registration is confirmed will not affect eligibility.
– Account Integrity:- Using fake accounts is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be disqualified.

Age Eligibility:

– The tournament is open to 19 and above.

The following rules will apply in addition to the rules on the set out on ReClub Game page.

Forfeit:

  • Players must report to their assigned courts on time.
  • Failure to appear when a match is being called will result in a auto forfeit due to “no-show”.

Rest Time

  • Finals Rest Time between sets: 10 minutes.
  • No Rest Time for other games.

Self-Officiated Line Call Rules (All Matches)

  • Players are responsible for making line calls on their side of the court with absolute integrity. The opponent gets the benefit of the doubt on any close calls. If you did not clearly see a ball out, it must be considered in.
  • If a call is made and the opposing team disputes it, play must stop. If there is no immediate agreement between the two teams, the point shall be replayed without further discussion.
  • Each team is allowed two (2) line call disputes per match. If the same team exceeds this limit, additional disputes are automatically resolved in favor of the opponent.

Challenge Allocation for Finals Match

  • Each team is allocated one (1) Captain’s Challenge for the entire best-of-three-game championship match.
  • A challenge may only be used to formally contest a ruling made by the designated match official. It cannot be used to dispute a call made by an opposing player.
  • If a challenge is successful and the official’s call is overturned, the correct ruling will be applied or the point will be replayed as determined by the official. The challenging team’s single challenge is considered used and is no longer available for the remainder of the match.
  • If a challenge is unsuccessful and the official’s call is upheld, the consequence is immediate and final: the challenging team shall forfeit the entire championship match, regardless of the current game or score. This rule applies at any stage of the finals (Game 1, 2, or 3). The opposing team shall be awarded First Place by default and the challenger shall be awarded 1st Runner Up. This decision is not subject to further appeal.

Injury Time

-Each player is entitled to ONE medical emergency timeout of up to 10 minutes. The staff need to be informed of the medical emergency.
-If a player cannot resume play after the 10-minute medical emergency timeout, the match will be forfeited. It is advisable that the player stop playing at this point, and no additional medical timeouts will be granted for any other matches.
-If the player uses less than 10 minutes, the remaining time is forfeited; no additional medical timeouts will be granted for this or any other matches.
