  ▪1st Place: The winning team receives two original Juciao T700 Carbon Fibre Pickleball Paddles (one paddle per player), valued at RM150 each.

  There are no other prizes. But you will be crowned on the ReClub app as 1st and 2nd Runner Up.

  👥 Player Eligibility
  To be eligible to join, all players must meet the following criteria:
  ▪Team Format: Men’s Doubles (MD).
  ▪DUPR Rating: 2.00 – 3.09. All match results will be submitted to DUPR.
  ▪Account Photo: Accounts without a profile photo will not be accepted.
  ▪Account Integrity: Using a fake account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

  ✅ How to Register
  ▪Form a Team: Create a 2-person team and both members submit the Registration Form. Message the host once you have done both to begin the DUPR verification process.
  ▪Make Payment: Once your team is approved, pay the registration fee via TnG to 010-2583318 (Leong Bik Yoke).
  ▪Confirm Your Slot: You must pay the registration fee to secure your spot. Your team is only confirmed once payment is received.

  Important Notes:

  ▪Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.
  ▪Entry Rights: The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any team.

  🗓 Tournament Day: Format & Schedule
  ▪Check-In Time: All players must arrive for registration by 3:45 PM.

  Punctuality:
  ▪If a player is more than 15 minutes late for check-in, the entire team will be disqualified.
  ▪Failure to appear at your assigned court when a match is called will result in a forfeit (“no-show”).

  Tournament Structure:
  ▪Total Teams: 8 teams, divided into 2 groups of 4.

  Group Stage:
  ▪Format: Round Robin. Each team will play the other teams in their group twice (for a total of 6 matches).
  ▪Scoring: Games are to 11 points using rally scoring (sudden death).
  ▪Advancement: Top 2 teams from each Pool will advance to Semifinals.

  Semifinals: Games are to 15 points using rally scoring (sudden death). The top team from each group advances to the Finals.

  Finals:
  ▪Scoring: The final match is played to 15 points with rally scoring and sudden death.

  3rd Place Match: Rally to 15 points and sudden death.

  📜 Key Rules & Policies
  Officiating: All matches are self-officiated. Players are responsible for calling scores, making line calls, and resolving disputes respectfully.

  Finals will have an umpire to call scores and kitchen faults.

  Paddles:
  ▪Paddles do not need to be USAPA-approved.
  ▪They must be commercially made (no homemade paddles), and the hitting surface cannot be altered.
